Terrific free breakfast buffet, friendly staff, super clean, attractive lobby.
Bedding was clean and comfortable but not luxurious.

This hotel is better than basic, with thoughtfully renovated public areas, clean and attractive rooms, and a great free breakfast. Staff was efficient and friendly. Easy computer access in lobby was useful, and we enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby too. When we checked in they gave us a list of nearby restaurants and pizza delivery, very nice! The room was huge, with comfortable furniture and a wet bar that made using the coffee maker much easier than having it on the bathroom counter as in many places. ...read more

Staff helped me find a restaurant and provided a movie list with location.
There was nothing to dislike.

Attractive room with wet bar, fridge, and microwave. The desk staff was friendly, and a really good breakfast was provided. All I wanted was there.

Attractive entrance/foyer and very friendly check-in clerk.
The manager, and the room was not inspected prior to our arrival. It was musty and the carpets was soaking wet.

The grounds to this hotel are pleasing enough on the eyes and the amenities are fair as well. The little kitchenette was a nice added touch to an inexpensive room. But if you are a traveler on a tight schedule and want to arrive in your room late at night and quickly go to sleep, then beware! Our stay was in mid-October and our room had not been thoroughly inspected since August. There were serious problems with the room that could have been remedied prior to our arrival. When we informed management of the problem, the old adage that the customer is always right, appears to not have been discussed in their CS training classes. ...read more

Spacious, well appointed room. Full hot breakfast with fruit, etc.
All went well. Nothing to complain about.

Hotel was beautifully designed and furnished with spacious rooms. The staff were eager to please, with assistance as needed given promptly. The full hot breakfast was unexpected and highly appreciated - a real plus. ...read more

Breakfast was very good.
The location is not desirable.

Hotel is okay but not as good as the other two Ayres hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were not as nice and the outside appearance seemed to be a cheap motel style.

The room was wonderful. The food both for breakfast and supper was good.
The pools wasn't very warm for being heated but it was warm enough.
